The room was implacable and all staff have been extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. The food was varied and very nice every day. Good list of cocktails and the bar staff would also happily give you something that is not on the list or make all the twists you asked for, and they would remember ...

The staff were very friendly, great amenities with the thermal pools and shuttle. Able to walk to a great observatory of Arenal but would recommend taking a private car because the walk is steep and long. First day saw a sloth on the walking trail around the dining hall.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well.
