”I wish they should clean more floors. Rooma was nice and bed was clean- but floors were very dirty when we had to clean it for little bit when we came from beach, pool and shower. There was a possible to clean clothes but nobody mentioned how much IT costs. IT was 2,75 dollar per washing and once again per drying. And The cleaner costs 1,25. You should take quarter dollars with you to survive. Luckily the woman at the front disk was helpuful and ghanged us some money. Pleasant stay but dirty...

”My husband and I are very disappointed with this hotel. Before I list the bad I will say that the room was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was clean, but needs an update. The Lakeview and pool very nice. Here we go; the elevators were dirty and the carpet on the 3rd floors was even worse. When we got to our room the TV did not work (no signal). When someone came to our room we were told the TV was broken and we had no cable and that we could only get local channels only, which buffered frequently. There were no other rooms available for us to be moved. We were however given a discount on our room because of the inconvenience. ”

Suihku ei kovin hyvä mutta siitä ei voi hottellia moittia koko Yhdysvalloissa ei ole hotellia jossa olisi Suomalaisen mielestä toimiva suikusekoitin.
Jos vierailen St.augustinessa joskus uudestaan on valintani varmasti tämä hotelli,suosittelen!”

The pictures appear to be “modified” as even the exterior doors are completely different - no, they didn’t replace them, the doors were extremely old and damaged. The walls and doors inside were filthy & damaged, the floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped in quite sometime. All the hotels in the area were booked solid and there was no back up plan for our trip so we were stuck. If I could, I would give 0 stars. -100/10. do not...

”The floor had obviously not been vacuumed, but I was tired and everything else looked okay so I didn't complain. When I got in bed and turned the lamp on, there were drops of something all over the lamp shade. Then I saw it all over the head board. Like someone shook a can and opened it on the bed letting it spray everywhere. So I felt pretty dirty trying to sleep. Then, the alarm went off at 5:45am!!! You may have better luck, but I will never stay there again. Plenty of other options in...
