”My husband and I are very disappointed with this hotel. Before I list the bad I will say that the room was surprisingly clean. The bathroom was clean, but needs an update. The Lakeview and pool very nice. Here we go; the elevators were dirty and the carpet on the 3rd floors was even worse. ”The room was clean. The staff was helpful especially the day staff member When we got to our room the TV did not work (no signal). When someone came to our room we were told the TV was broken and we had no cable and that we could only get local channels only, which buffered frequently. There were no other rooms available for us to be moved. We were however given a discount on our room because of the inconvenience. ”

”This hotel is not at all what was advertised on Expedia. The pictures appear to be “modified” as even the exterior doors are completely different - no, they didn’t replace them, the doors were extremely old and damaged. The walls and doors inside were filthy & damaged, the floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped in quite sometime. All the hotels in the area were booked solid and there was no back up plan for our trip so we were stuck. If I could, I would give 0 stars. -100/10. do not...

”Our arrival and check in was seamless, with great customer support. Our room in the second floor perfect! Looking out to the boats from our deck was relaxing… a great change of pace vs the beach and crowds. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this charming inn!”

”The floor had obviously not been vacuumed, but I was tired and everything else looked okay so I didn't complain. When I got in bed and turned the lamp on, there were drops of something all over the lamp shade. Then I saw it all over the head board. Like someone shook a can and opened it on the bed letting it spray everywhere. So I felt pretty dirty trying to sleep. Then, the alarm went off at 5:45am!!! You may have better luck, but I will never stay there again. Plenty of other options in...
