”Excellent hotel! All you need to enjoy Cayey, Cidra and other town”

”It was a nice stay overall. The staff was very on top of things. However the room service only came 1x during our stay and it was on the day before we left to go home. Mahi Mahi the only restaurant on the premises was good but very slow. The drinks were better than the food. The area of Dorado was a very nice area in Puerto Rico… nearby restaurants and sites were nice. ”

”Hotel on 4th gloor in hospital. Restaurants within walking distance. Beds comfy and air conditioner cool.”

”Definitely recommend if you have an early flight.”

”We stayed just for a night to be close to the airport. The hotel is clean and tidy. Just note there are no hotels or eateries near by. ”

”Our room was on the smaller side, but comfortable! The decor was great and reinforced the idea that we were "away." We enjoyed the various outdoor areas, pool, and on site bar. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our walk our short walk to the beach each day because the pedestrian over path provides a lovely view toward the mountains. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh each morning. Our time at Bali Hotel was relaxing and refreshing!”

”Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

”Self check-in was a great feature, especially for travelers arriving at various times in the day. The property was very secure with a code to enter the property and separate code for the room. The room itself was clean with air conditioning that worked very well. Room was fitted with convenient amenities along with a small private terrace. One of the best amenities was the outdoor shower near the entrance of the property that allowed us reduce the sand tracked into our room, especially noting...

”Very comfortable stay. Great staff. Thin walls and some times of high noise but not a huge deal for us. Location was great for using the old San Juan pier. ”

”Very nice staff. The room was clean and efficient. The location is not too good. It was difficult to find restaurants and there is not shopping nearby. The neighborhood is a bit run down. Also, you cannot flush toilet paper which bothered me a little. But I really appreciated the staff and the nice room. The communication with them was excellent.”

”Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! ”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”This is a cool boutique hotel. It’s really nicely located. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Very close to the beach and the old town area. ”

”This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.”

”The staff went above and beyond!!! They were friendly and they held our luggage for us until we could check-in at 4:00PM. We loved the shower and we definitely would come back to stay there!”
