”The hotel is very nice. I mean the only thing to do is relax by the pool and eat unless you leave the resort. 1 to 2 days max is plenty. The service is great, the food menu needs improving and I didn’t think the food was all that. To be honest it’s average at best. I had great company so I really enjoyed myself. The one man music group was wonderful on Saturday night. ”

”The property is ok, Nice pool. Wifi was really poor and regular celular service didn’t work because of el Peñol they said. Hot water took forever to reach the shower and after 15 minutes I gave up.Breakfast was not served before 8.30 am and we had no choices, asked for scrambled eggs without onions and wasn’t possible.”

”Never again, visited for the weekend. Disappointed, if you are looking for food options, the breakfast buffet was lame. They had Colombian rice with beans , soup, and potatoes, breads, fruits, but rice and beans at a Hotel Called The Brown??? For breakfast??? Not only that but 80% of the people eating were with guest bracelets and were locals which were young men with women that had fake butts. The staff not very friendly typically and not on top of the guest as you would think in a place like...

”Unfortunately we have not been satisfied with the accomodation:
- overall not clean / spiders
- very old, incomplete and dirty dishes / pots which made it almost impossible to cook
- very old and partially broken househould appliances
- extremely high price for using the washing machine: aprox 10€ for one load!!! This is robbery
- very uncomfortable beds and even worse all matraces are wrapped in plastic !
- one bathroom could not be used as appearently water pipe was broken
- extremely loud...
