”The house was really spacious, charming, and very clean. The host was fantastic—super responsive and helpful throughout. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to the location being a bit misleading. One of my main priorities when booking accommodation at Lake Atitlán was to have a direct lake view, and the map/photos suggest the property is right by the lake, which isn’t quite the case. That said, everything else was perfect, and I would highly recommend the property.”

”This property is advertised as a two bedroom two bath. It is not true.When you get is a one bedroom, one bath with a bedroom being on the second floor in the bath on the first floor and a very, very tight dangerous spiral stairs between the downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. Turns out they say a second bed and bath is in a shack on the property that is now being used for storage. Regarding the property that you do get, the second floor bedroom is wood flooring that pops and creeks tremendously...

”It was a great experience, the contact with nature mixed with the beauty and tranquility of the place was incredible, if you want to visit and enjoy Rio Dulce and its surroundings I recommend it.”
