”The place didn’t have a setup account for expedia payments and couldn’t stay at the place which was empty at a very shady location. Such inconvenient to arrive and leave at night time to find another place to stay. ”

”Es un hotel bonito, el personal muy amable, tiene habitaciones limpias pero los servicios son los más básicos, y si tiene problemas de bichos y mucho mosquito ojalá mejoren eso”

”The staff was very helpful with my not speaking Spanish. The order off the menu breakfast was good. They had buffet for private groups but it was not clear to me that it wasn’t open to guests.”

”Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good.”

”This might be the best in San Pedro La Laguna, but it didn’t blow my socks off. It was convenient, air conditioning worked, and staff were fine. My room had a putrid smell though the hotel did try to remedy it (with mild success). It was nasty. I wish there were more options. I might stay again but hoping for something better.”

”Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning.”

”Necesitan mejorar el servicio de restaurante”

”Beautiful view, clean and cozy cabin. The host is very nice and responsive.”

”Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. The is a sign on the light pole in the main street, however hard to be seen Juana was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.”

”It was fine . But a bit disappointed about the trash places in the hided corner of the hotel . The place was still beautiful.”

”Everyone here was so lovely! Very close to the town of Santiago”

”It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.”

”Muy bonito”
