”I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were...

”Multiple broken items inside the room, including shower door, shelves. Light on the porch does not turn off. loud music outside was a must. Like a very cheap hotel hotel overall.”

”The kids club was always closed. We were there for 7 days and were not able to use it. One morning we waited there 20 minutes past “opening” time and no one ever showed up. If you have kids go elsewhere.”

”Hotelli oli remontoitu ja varsin siisti. Uima-altaat olivat hyvät, samoin allasbaarit. Ravintoloista: buffassa ruoka oli melko hyvää, mutta lähes aina hieman viileää. Aasialainen Kibo oli erittäin hyvä, kun taas Italialainen ravintola oli heikko.”
