🏠 Please take care of the property and its furnishings

💧 Kindly ensure you are dry before entering the villa from the pool.

🪑 Handle furniture with care and avoid dragging it unnecessarily to prevent damage.

👶 Children must be supervised at all times

🔇 Noise & Conduct

🚫 No parties or events allowed

🔇 Quiet hours after 10:00 PM

🎶 Please keep music at a respectful volume

🔊 Loudspeakers are strictly prohibited inside the villa, pool, and common areas

🚫 Hookah is strictly prohibited; any found will be confiscated and returned at check-out

🚫 Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden
