”Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day”

”Excelente la experiencia en estadía en el 1912 Hotel Boutique de Cayey. Me quedé junto a mi esposo por un asunto de trabajo en Cidra pero nos encantaría regresar. Al momento no tienen ascensor pero próximamente lo estarán instalando junto a otras amenidades que tendrán. Apoyemos lo nuestro!!!”

”In the middle of now where but was able to get Uber Eats for a great price. Loved everything about the small town feel. If you are needing all the amenities may not be for you. For those laid back, go with the flow perfect spot”

”Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

”We were able to find parking miraculously, but we arrived early. The room was really nice and clean and quiet enough. However the neighborhood, walking to find a place to eat, was so gross with garbage on the ground. I wanted to clean off my shoes. Unless you can afford old town prices, there are compromises. ”

”Great, new hotel. Nicely done. The only surprise was that our room, which was really big and good as such, didn’t have a window! It was like an interior room in the middle of the hotel building and hence couldn’t have a window, but still it would have been good to see that info in the room description when booking the room. :-) In addition, we got a connected room - I usually write a special request ’no connecting room’ but this time I forgot it - and the doors between the rooms let sound...

”The hotel was clean and the room had a huge floor to ceiling window looking over the pool and beach. It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I recommend walking a short distance for better and less expensive food.”
