”Great location with a quick walk to the beach. The bedrooms worked well for my family with adults and littles. Only hiccup we had, was no instructions to access the property, but we contacted the owner and that was resolved quickly. The internet was an issue but again, contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly (modem name got changed by the vendor). Hands down, the best stocked kitchen I have seen yet!!! ”This was the perfect beach access home to relax in. Our family of 4 had a lot of room and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the large front windows. There was a short walk/path to Dillon Beach and we also walked to the local beach restaurant for meals.”

This 27 acres is nestled beautifully in Cazadero, with sprawling endless views of the magnificent forest surroundings. ”Enjoyed this modern home with spectacular views. Room for everyone with comfortable furnishings. The primary suite is actually a loft, opening to the living/dining/kitchen area. This was a problem for our family, with different bedtimes, night waking, and morning routines.”
