”Room was a little narrow but the bathroom was spacious. There was more the idea of a Mountain View. Make sure you make reservations for outside on the roof top bar. The rooms were not cleaned daily but the staff were helpful in replenishing towels.”

”We recently stayed at The Read House hotel in Chattanooga and were very disappointed by how a serious cleanliness issue was handled. Ou our first evening, we found a live cockroach in our room. We killed it and immediately called the front desk. Someone to pick up the tissue with the bug, without saying a word and left. We never received an apology, follow-up or any acknowledgement afterward. At checkout, we mentioned the incident again to a different staff member, and she didn't react or...

”Our room was nicely updated and clean. Our check in staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem very interested in helping us. We arrived 25 minutes early and she thought the world was ending. We offered to take a walk and come back. She decided to check if a room was available and yes there one ready. Wow that was hard…..Annoying and rude!”

”Clean carpet (not sticky) in spite of the high humidity the night we arrived. Quiet hallways, clean bed. There was a towel that looked like someone had rubbed their face on and then, folded the towel and placed back on the stack. Didn’t report to staff as we were passing through the city.”
