”My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues. 1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. ”The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.”

”This is out favorite dependable hotel giventm the issues of many midprice hotels of house parties, rooms given out fot social services, etc.; this works for us. Rooms are clean and spacious, they have a refrigerator, I wish they had a microwave, but I know that’s not common in this type of hotel. We’ve never used the breakfast or the dining room. It’s a little tedious finding it in the airport, business district, and we usually aren’t flying in when we stay there, also, our rooms came with free...

”Clean room”

”Breakfast is not what it was expected to be. I have been to other Embassy suites and they have been far far better than this location. The breakfast is really poor quality, and it is literally all over the place. The rooms were falling apart, ceilings crumbling and peeling, and toilets leaking.”

”Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.”

”It was okay definitely outdated for my liking I definitely will go with another hotel in the area for a little more cost just to be more comfortable but for the price point I suppose it's decent esp if you just using it just for a nights stay or will mostly be busy out during the stay.”

”The room was great. The bathroom on the other hand was awful. The tub wouldn’t drain properly and the there were patches of hair on the ceiling in the tub. The wall in the bathroom were under construction. Curtain rod was coming off the wall and the faucet was as well falling out. Was pleased with the bedroom but the bathroom was awful.”
