”I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”

”The hotel was under renovations at the time, so some of it was unable to be controlled. However, in my room, the television didn’t work, a lamp fell off the wall, the phone wasn’t connected and there was a very large urine stain on the pull out sofa bed’s mattress. Speaking of that mattress it was about 2 inches thick and I couldn’t imagine sitting on it, let alone trying to sleep. Breakfast was good and included. The staff were standoff-ish at check-in. ”The staff was super helpful. I had to change rooms because my AC didn’t work. I think the room I was moved to was a “last resort” room. The paint was peeling, the shower wall was peeling, the drain was broken and there wasn’t any soap. The staff made up for the unpleasant aspects.”
