”The breakfast was great. The room space for a family was perfect. We couldn’t access the spa because of the recent flood. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.”

”Very clean and good staff”

”Walls between rooms were paper thin, neighbours were heard through piping system also. A busy ringroad next to the hotel. Rooms were not cleant daily and floor was dirty. Traditional local breakfast only offered to Turkish people (to us after we stared at their eating ;) ). A few friendly smiles from the staff could not cover the fact that the hotel was too expansive for what it offered. The best thing was the old market behind it and day tours to Trabzon region they offered.”

”Hotelli on todella hyvällä paikalla kaupungin keskustassa, hiljainen sivukatu.

”Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast”

”The location is more than perfect, just a 1-minute walk from Meydan, right in the center of restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!”

”Property was roomy and location was convenient. Great view of the Black Sea from the window. Many shops and restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk). Caught taxi from/to airport for about 500 lira. Ride was about 10 minutes. Staff arranged the taxi to airport.”

”Highly accommodating staff, good breakfast, and convenient location with a view of the masjid and sea. Walkable area.”

”The location was perfect and in general ok.However, 5 stars are promissing a bit more”

”The location of this hotel was perfect; a short walk to evrything; the buses stopped right in front the hotel. The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Cleaning of the room was done on request. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good. Overall, an excellent choice for a stay in Trabzon.”

”Breakfast was excellent. Staff was super helpful. They arranged our tour in Trabzon. Good location. Walking to square and to the seaside.”

”Breakfast was very bad. Staff can’t speak or understand English.”

”Good location, very nice staff and clean place. I think improving the curtains would be better to reduce daylight in the room”

”Excellent location. 10 mins walk from main square (note a few mins of uphill). Also close to coastal path (over 2 bridges over main roads). Very friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. Buffet breakfast had lots of options.”
