”The beachfront view was amazing. We loved the location in relation to beach access, as well as the location to shopping and eating. However, the building was under construction during our stay, and we had no knowledge of a lot of the amenities having no access while we were there. There was no access at all to the pool, hot tub, 2nd floor parking, or to the community ice machine. We had to park across the street, and our ice machine in the unit only produced a handful of ice during the entirety...

”Price and location. Access to liquor store across the street and favorite restaurants within a mile and the best oyster bar restaurant across the street. The view from the balcony is gorgeous.”

”House was clean but dated. Could use some updates. The master bath toilet paper holder was broken hanging from the wall. A few boards on the carport patio need to be fixed. Outdoor lights where the swing and seating are would nice for evenings. We enjoyed the living room space and deck. I didn’t enjoy not having basic household supplies like soap in the bathrooms and kitchen. I felt like we had to pack or purchase a lot of basic supplies that should be provided. ”I stayed here for a few days to chill out at the ocean. The place was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very communicative, they listed their expectations and guidelines in the listing and in a binder. They had provided pool towels, folding chairs, and beach toys.”
