”Rooms don’t look anything like advertised online. The front desk staff was helpful with check in, but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for questions regarding housekeeping and amenities. We did not have the promised umbrella and chair rental and were going to be charged extra for it. The staff at the restaurants are incredibly rude and seem bothered if you place an order. Kids running around everywhere with no parent supervision. Dirty towels all over the chairs. AC didn’t work in our...

”This property was great for families. There are 2 pools, however the main one wasn’t as clean as the other. The room was good, however it would be better without the dated carpet. The free coffee on each floor was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly.”
