”We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. The focus and attention to my concerns was sincere and most gracious. Thank you to the team. We had a most lovely visit.”

”We arrived early for check-in but the reception staff and valets were so helpful to store our luggage and then deliver it to our room as soon as it was available. The room itself was beautiful. The bathroom was deluxe having both a soaker tub and walk-in shower. It is truly a luxury hotel and the staff are very good at making the guests feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely want to stay again.”

”The room stated was for a queen bed, it was a double bed. Was for a street view, we had a view of the roof with the noisy unit for the restaurant, so we couldn't have the window open and the other view was of the outside staff area which was gross. The Hotel was fully booked so could not get another room. This was the first time we have had an issue with the rooms.”

”Beautifully located on the Victorian harbor. There was a lovely breakfast in the morning, with a friendly staff.”

”Just luck but Room next to a parking lot. 3rd floor. Also, on saturday erly morning washing machine noise. But overall hotel is great.”
