”Tidewater has always been a favorite of ours. Until we had to walk 12 flight of stairs cause the elevator kept going out. So being on the 4th floor was a definite improvement. ”

”Good location, very nice spacious condo w/ excellent master bedroom and nice balcony w/ good view from 3rd floor above 4 levels of parking garage. Plenty of parking space. Only 40 for entire stay per vehicle. Only complaint were parking communications were very lacking and left me in dark until I arrived. Nice pool and deck on Floor 1 (above parking garage). Nice beach entry / exit setup at parking Level 1. Plenty of kitchen utensils and beach floats / low chairs on balcony. Nice comfortable...

”The condo is in a great location and had beautiful views. Checking in was very easy. The amenities at Tidewater were clean and updated. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are offered to check in early please do so ahead of time. We asked to check-in early on the day of arrival and we were told we could not. I assume the door code was already programmed for a certain time. This is my only complaint but it was our fault. P.S. Hunts Oyster Bar is the BEST”

”Very clean, wonderful updated condo, very nice kitchen with updated appliances, bedroom roomy, king sized bed was extremely comfortable, both bathrooms updated very nicely. Nice balcony overlooking the beach, great for afternoon sun. Beautiful sun sets from the beach, Great location. Husband loved the free golfing. Lots of water sports. Had an excellent time. Would stay there again. ”

”Great location. On the quiet west end of PCB. We’ve been coming to PCB for years and this was the best we’ve stayed at. The owner was great to work with and so nice.The condo was clean and set up nicely. The property has 24 hr security which was also nice. There’s some good restaurants within walking distance. ”

”Property was clean and the host, Johnathan was very quick to get a small problem we had fixed! The only issues we had were the cinsrant smell of weed around the place even tho its a smoke free resort and that all the pools, even inside were very cold therefore the hot tubs were full of kids whom were without an adult and the construction out front wasnt very inviting. This is all out of the control of the condo owner thi. I would def book with Johnathan again as i appreciate his attentiveness...

”We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Close to everything and the ballparks. Had a blast at the Jetty at St. Andrews State Park. For the price the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Management Services were outstanding. Grocery right across the street.”

”The condo was as listed on the description. It was clean and well kept. Short walk to the beach and quite. The only thing that would have been helpful if the beach equipment was listed. We packed ours ( a struggle with luggage for 7 people) but when we arrived there was a closet with everything we needed.”

”The condo was exactly what we needed for myself, my husband, son and in-laws. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and really appreciated the third bathroom so our teenager could have his own space. The view was amazing and although there were some longer waits for the elevators we would definitely stay here again. ”
