Lovely location for a beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach home. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us to gather together or all have our own space to do our own thing. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. We were within easy walking distance to the beach. The owner was available right away when we needed him. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect family rental

This place was very clean and the owners were very friendly and very communicative during our entire stay. If we had questions, they were available to answer them via text message or call. We had a large group of 11 people, and there were enough beds for everyone to have their own. The place was close enough to the beach Accessible by a five minute walk. We enjoyed our stay very much and the view from the balconies was great.

Best Beach House ever!!! Hands down!!!

This house is top notch!! Our family said the owner could not have done anything else at all to make this stay any better! Such attention to detail! The ice maker is amazing! Coffee pot, refrigerator, cookware, and anything else you can think of, was top of the line! There is SO much room and we all had an amazing time! Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation!

Magnificent Accomodations

Gorgeous, well maintained home with beautiful views and wonderful amenities! Our family of 13 (a combination of 4 separate households) had plenty of areas to be together or to have privacy. Outdoor shower and hose with spray was a real plus. Elevator made moving in and out a breeze. Kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Bound. The accommodations were excellent. We had plenty of room for our family of 14. We really liked all the porches so when we needed some peace and quiet with a book there was always a place to go.

Wonderful vacation

We had 6 Adults and 4 children ages 3 to 9. This property gives what they say ! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Plenty of room for all of us, with room to get quiet time to yourself if needed. A short walk to the beach and 2 pools. The beach and ocean were great! A cup of coffee early each day in a screened porch watching the sunrise. Doesn't get any better than that. One way we judge vacations, is would we come back. In a heartbeat!! Jack & Kim were very good hosts, with helpful communication throughout the process. from time of booking until or departure.

We didn't want to leave!

All of us loved this AMAZING house! It was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The whole house was so bright and cheery! The kitchen had everything we needed--and more! It had multiple sets of dishes, plenty of silverware, all sizes of pots and pans, a griddle, waffle maker, rice cooker, hand mixer, coffee maker, and other appliances. There were 13 family members (4 families) that stayed in the house. It was roomy enough that we could all get together or we could split off into smaller groups. The elevator was a huge plus for getting our things in and out. We definitely want to return! All of our texts with questions were immediately answered and addressed. Jack was fun to work with.

Nice trip

House and surroundings exceeded our expectations. Layout of the house was wonderful allowing everyone to enjoy the space plus the house was well furnished in all aspects. The beach and the pool area were both short walks and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were very friendly. Jack & Kim are very easy to work with and inform you of everything. We will visit again!!

Great floor plan, well maintained beautiful beach home

We had a family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children) staying in the house and had ample room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or get together for family dinners and games. The house is very well maintained with comfortable bedding and furniture in all the rooms. It had a well stocked kitchen area with 2 large refrigerators and an ice maker which always had ice available. We were there the hottest week of summer so far so the 300 yard walk to the beach was a little warm, but once there the beach was clean and uncrowned. Best of all you can leave tents and chairs on the beach overnight so that made for a much more relaxing week. The owner was very friendly and responsive when contacted and we would definitely return to this property in the future

We came back!

The property where is immaculate and we love all the porches! Virtually gave everyone a private place to relax. Got to see the blue angels practice right over the beach in front of us! That was quite a treat. Feature not included at every house was a commercial icemaker. It just kept turning out ice and we used it and saved us a trip to the store. But the place is as advertised. The walk to the beach Takes about five minutes. Overall we totally enjoyed the visit!

Our family of 15 enjoyed every aspect of our time at this property. Jack was very good to keep us informed. The house was very roomy for all to have a private space when they needed it. The area was quiet and though we had to walk a little to the boardwalk and beach it wasn't bad. We all agreed that we would be glad to plan another family vacation at this location.

Great property

We loved our stay at beach bound! The house was perfect for us and had all the amenities we needed! Loved the porches and the open concept! Owners were very communicative with us always and quick to text back if we had a question! The beach is a short walk - make sure and bring a wagon for the beach! We rented a tent! It’ is more of a natural beach ! There are some fun stores in town! I do recommend you bring your groceries - the grocery stores are crazy busy! We have a great time and made lots of family memories!

One of the nicest beach rentals I’ve stayed in!

Beach Bound was a perfect home for our weekend getaway. It felt like I was staying at a family’s home rather than a rental property - the house was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, with new appliances, and the ice maker was such a nice touch. The house was just a short five minute walk to the beach, which was perfect! Great communication too from Jack & Kim.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless upon arrival and well stocked with all the necessary items. We chose to do all our meals at the house and forego the restaurant scene/expense. Enjoyed the balconies.

Spring Break Fun

Enjoyed our time! -Beautiful home with multiple balconies to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. -Quiet neighborhood -Lovely beach -Kitchen had everything you would need. Waffle maker, blender, crockpot, plenty of pans and dishes. Kitchenette has a dishwasher as well. -Ice maker was awesome! -FYI- closest boardwalk is boarded off at this time. Second boardwalk is a couple minutes walk down the road.

Amazing Stay At Beach Bound!

Can’t say enough positive comments about our stay at Beach Bound! The house was more than we expected. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes walk and you were right on the beach. Could hear and see the beach from the balconies. The outside balconies were great and gave so many options for enjoying some time outside. The house was so well maintained with great decor and appliances. Loved the ice maker! Any utensil or item we needed for cooking meals they had, including a blender for those beachy drinks. The house was so spacious, everyone had room to spread out and have their own space. We enjoyed our time there so much we ended up spending just about all our time at the house, on the beach and at community pools which the kids loved. House is located in a great subdivision where you can walk around and kids were able to ride bikes around and feel safe. Private beach was great with few people when we were there. Kids loved boogie boarding the waves, looking for sea shells , and seeing the dolphins swim by. The owners were very welcoming, great to work with and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay at Beach Bound again. Perfect trip!!

Our group of 14 loved our stay and can’t wait to make this trip again! The house had plenty of space, was clean and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. Jack was very quick to respond when we had a question and quickly took care of a small issue we had. Morgantown Is low key and didn’t have all the “noise” as Gulf Shores did over spring break. My only request for the next visit would be for a pack n play and high chair to be on site!

Christmas At The Beach

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is well-appointed, comfortable, and large, but still cozy and family friendly. They had most every kitchen gadget we needed. Jack kept in touch during our stay and invited us to ask questions about the house if we needed to. Jack and Kim were excellent hosts and we look forward to a future stay at Beach Bound!

Wonderful House

What a wonderful house and place to spend Thanksgiving! Our family could spread out or be together in this house. We really enjoyed both of the larger porches and spent a great deal of time sitting, napping, and visiting on them! The week was fabulous! Jack is so friendly and available to answer questions! The elevator made the entire house accessible for my parents! We hope to return again! Thanks for sharing your wonderful house with us!

I can't find enough words to say how prefect this house is. It would have easily accommodated all 15 we were planning to be with . But Covid-19 kept all home but my husband and myself. The owners the owner offered many options because of the coronavirus. I have made reservatios fo this house next year.
