This well-appointed beach cottage is located in peaceful Fort Morgan within the charming Rookery III community. Situated on the quiet end of the neighborhood, the cottage is entirely yours during your stay, with convenient parking directly in front. A ramp leads to the back porch entry.

Rookery III is a family-friendly community featuring two beautiful pools—one with zero-depth entry and a dedicated kiddie pool, and another that reaches a depth of six feet. Nature trails directly behind the cottage offer the opportunity to explore the surrounding habitat, and the beach is just a ten-minute walk away. The cottage and the Fort Morgan area are ideal for relaxation, sunsets, and plenty of space for everyone.

Inside, the open floor plan includes a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The cozy living room is furnished with comfortable leather couches, and the dining table seats eight, with additional seating for two at the counter.

The master bedroom features a king bed, elegant décor, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin/queen bunks. The third bedroom, located just off the dining area, includes a king bed and sliding barn doors.

For added relaxation, enjoy the screened porch with views of the peaceful backyard.

Additional Details

Two parking spots are available directly in front of the cottage. 2 Parking passes are included in your booking fees. A thrid parking pass can be purchased for $100 but must be approved an pre ordered.

Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
