You love the ideal location, just steps from the sand. In case it's not a beach day, you'll want to take advantage of the two sparkline pools, or if your are feeling a bit competitive, hit the tennis/pickleball courts. Pro Tip: Dine al fresco, in the screened in porch or for sun worshippers, there is plenty of upgraded deck seating.

The Space

In this one-story home you’ll be delighted to find a spacious living room with gulf views as well as a well-equipped kitchen for those times when you choose to dine in.

A large dining table as well as counter seating mean there is a place for everyone at meal time.

The primary bedroom features a private en suite bath as well as deck access. You'll love waking up to the sounds and sights of the surf! You'll also find a writing desk and chair for those times when you need to catch up on emails or note writing.

There are three other bedrooms, two have queen beds and the third has a queen bed as well as a twin over twin bunk.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
