Welcome to The Easton House! This stunning beachfront retreat has recently undergone a complete transformation, featuring brand-new paint, flooring, furniture, and a modernized kitchen. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests, making it perfect for large groups and family gatherings.

The Easton House offers everything you could dream of in a beachfront escape. Enjoy unobstructed Gulf views and direct access to the sugar-white sand, just steps from your door. Relax on two expansive beachfront balconies, the ideal spot to take in breathtaking Alabama sunsets or catch a glimpse of dolphins and coastal birds during the day.

On the first level, an open-concept design offers a spacious and inviting living area, perfect for game nights, TV marathons, or simply unwinding with loved ones. The large dining table, combined with ample counter seating, ensures there's room for everyone at mealtime. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen will delight the chefs in your group with its modern appliances and generous prep space.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with televisions, so entertainment is always at your fingertips. The primary bedroom (King) boasts a private en-suite bath and spectacular Gulf views—imagine waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning! A Queen bedroom with a private full bath (which also connects to the hall) provides flexibility and comfort. Both of these first-level bedrooms feature a twin sleeper chair for added versatility. The third bedroom on this level is designed with kids in mind, featuring two Twin/Full bunk beds and a private bath—a perfect hideaway for younger guests.

On the upper level, you'll find a second living space, perfect for when kids and adults want to enjoy different activities. This area also includes a Queen sleeper sofa and a futon for additional sleeping options. Three King bedrooms, each with balcony access and stunning Gulf-front views, offer a serene retreat. One King bedroom features a private bath. The other two King bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bath.

A laundry room is also located on this level for added convenience.

Important: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
