What a wonderful stay with our whole family at this property! GREAT location and access to the beach was a huge plus. Communication with host was AHelped us when we needed him but also gave us our space when we needed. Gorgeous views, plenty of space and we felt right at home all week. So many dining options nearby. Built great memories and will be back for sure!!

Unique house with 5 bedrooms with king size beds. We saw dolphins, cranes, pelicans and more from porch. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Well equipped with large families in mind. Steve could not have been more accommodating. Away from mega condos but close to restaurants and shopping. We hope to go back soon.

This beach house was beautiful and comfortable. We so enjoyed having direct access to the beach, as well as a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Stephen was a fantastic communicator and made check in and check out seamless. We would absolutely recommend renting this house for your next beach vacation.

Great property. Location was awesome. Check in was easy. There were some maintenance things that need to be addressed but they didn’t affect our stay so we declined to have them addressed despite the offer being made. Would highly recommend for families and big groups.

Perfect location!

Location is great! Decks are perfect—spacious, comfortable furniture, covered, and great view. Far enough away from the condos to avoid the huge crowds but still close to town. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hot water and water pressure were both great. Host was exceptional and went above and beyond. Our family of 14 ranging from 6-74 all recommend!

Great family vacation

As our family has expanded, this cabin offered enough room for everyone that came and allowed plenty of personal space as well as a den, kitchen and deck that was roomy enough for all of us to gather together, play games and watch movies. I think everyone had a great time, but how could you not on those beautiful beaches.

The ocean view from the den/kitchen is amazing with a wall of windows across the back & so close to the beach. The roomy covered deck has 2 tables & plenty of nice chairs, we spent most of our time there enjoying the breeze & ocean sounds, looking for dolphins & watching pelicans, terns & ospreys fish. The den has 2 nice sofas & several comfy chairs & a coffee table that worked well for jigsaw puzzles. The dining room table comfortably seated 10 with extra chairs for squeezing people in. There are 2 fridges with ice makers & filters, a Mr. Coffee (basket filter) & a Keurig - important amenities for us. Main floor- 2 King bedrooms with attached bathroom. No half bath, 1 of the bedr bathrooms had a door that opened to the hall for use by others. Upstairs - large main bedr, 2 other nice sized King bedr, each with attached bath. 2 bunk rooms upstairs, they are dbl or queen bunks, with a hall bath between them. The beach here wasn't very crowded. Across the st is Lagoon Pass Park. A small public parking lot, restroom, a marvelous sand bar that was terrific for the 3.5 yo with us. The water was shallow & no waves. The TVs are a nice but we couldn't connect to our YouTube TV to watch anything.

Great for large family vacation!

We were able to get in an hour early which was nice. We were welcomed with a basket of cookies and a basket of sun essentials. There were plenty of kitchen dishes, utensils which helped as we love to cook. Plenty of extra bath towels, pillows. We had 17 total family members from 59 years old to a one month old….never felt crowded. Favorite family spot was both patios.

The 4th of July of getaway!

This house is the perfect get away spot for a holiday framily getway or just a good fashioned vacation! This house is so spacious and well kept. We had 4 couples with 3-4 each. It’s literally right on the beach! Plenty of parking! A bonus for us, it has water access right before you get in the door to wash the sand off your feet right before you walk in the door! 🙌The owner was amazing, so nice and left us a welcome care package. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful home!

My family and I spent a week here and the house was absolutely perfect! Clean, well equipped and right on the beach. The owner was available when needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful beach house! The location is great. The view from the house is amazing, we saw dolphins on many occasions. The house is big enough for a large group. There were 12 of us and we never felt crowded. The kitchen & family room are a great place for the entire group to be together. The owner, Steve, was available to answer any and all questions. I only gave 4 stars because the house needs some work done. The ice maker in the freezer did not work, the ice machine in the kitchen did not work, one of the downstairs toilets leaked, a shower head fell off, and some of the tvs did not work. The carpet also needs to be replaced. Overall we had a fun week in a nice house!

Wonderful Property

This property was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in while at Gulf Shores, and previous posts are correct that the pictures do not do it justice. A tropical storm came thru during our stay, so 13 people from age 5 to 65 spent more time than intended inside and never once got in each other's way. All of the rooms; bedrooms, living area, etc, are larger than we have typically seen in rentals, and made it feel much more comfortable. The location is perfect, and the beach is the typical Gulf Shores ideal beach, it is right off the deck, not crowded, and very clean. Stephen is great to deal with, we had an issue with the WIFI router and he answered the call on the second ring and made sure it was working again before we hung up, his service level is very impressive. I would recommend this house to anyone, and hope that it works out that our family and friends can get it again for next year.

Great Beach House

Our 4 generation family had a great week at this house which was perfectly appointed for us. 7 bedrooms! Gave everyone a place to sleep or read or have a little peace and quiet while the large great room had plenty of room for us to all be together. The porches are large and there was plenty of seating for everyone there too. The access to the beach out one door and the bay out the other is wonderful. We had plenty of kitchen equipment, large capacity washer dryer and covered parking for three cars. The owner is also very responsive. Great beach house!

Wonderful beach vacation

Just finished a wonderful week at this beautiful house on the beach. It is everything that you could hope for on a beach vacation. There were 13 of us ranging from 12 to 76 years old, and there was something for everyone. The house was fully equipped for a large group, with the perfect set-up. The 7 bedrooms each had their own bathroom and their own television, which made it nice for the family members to be able to gather in the big kitchen/living area, but also to escape to their own bedrooms if they wanted. My in-laws don't like being on the beach very much, but they were able to sit on the big deck or in the air-conditioning and watch the family play on the sand or in the water. You could literally walk out the back-door and be on the beautiful white, quiet beach. It was so nice for each person to be able to just walk in to the house to get lunch or a nap when they wanted. The house is located within a mile of great restaurants and shops, but is far enough away to still enjoy the peace and quiet. The only suggestions I would make would be to have a few beach chairs available, there were none, so we had to buy them. Also, the 2 rooms of bunk beds are very flimsy and squeaky. We had one teenager on each bed, and the beds were definitely not strong enough for any more bodies! We probably could have squeezed in more younger children, but we were pretty much maxed out on space for 13-14 large people. We did have some problems with the televisions, but after some fiddling with wires, got them to work. Stephen did say he is getting someone over to fix them. The house was very clean and well-stocked, and if you haven't been to Gulf-Shores you should visit, and stay in this house. My college aged children loved this week at the beach.They were happy just playing games on the sand, but also enjoyed the para-sailing, paddle-boarding and the 'escape room' which were all close by. We all loved the great selection of restaurants. Thank you Stephen for sharing your lovely house with us. Hopefully we will be back to stay one day!

Perfect !

Loved this house ! Pictures do not do it justice ! The master suite was amazing ! Ocean views from bed, shower , and toliet with huge porch ! 4 other bedrooms (including hugebed bunk rooms ) also on this floor , main floor has 2 bedrooms on it , porch is huge with 2 tables & plenty of chairs , plenty of parking , It was fabulous & plenty of space & only steps to the beach ! U will not be disappointed!

Breathtaking!

The pictures don't do this home justice. It is absolutely beautiful. High-end appointments, tastefully decorated. It looked and felt like a new home. We had a wonderful stay with 20 people coming and going throughout the week. The house easily accommodated all of us in comfort. Meals are a big deal for us and we were surprised that with a many people as we had, everyone had a place to sit and eat. All the bedrooms had their own TV's and bathrooms, so when it was time for a little private time, this house provided that. Owner was great to deal with. Always answered his cell phone when I called. Nice guy. Concerned with whether everything was just right for our stay. Will always try to go back to this home when we go back to the Gulf.

Upscale house with fantastic ocean view!

This house was fantastic! The kitchen was spacious, modern and well equipped for cooking for a large group. The bedrooms were perfect for our group with either private baths or an adjoining bath and tvs in every room. We loved the large dining table where we enjoyed our meals while looking at the ocean which was just steps away. It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect with highs in the low 80's every day! The owners went above and beyond and even brought in a new king sized bed the first day for one of the downstairs bedrooms replacing the queen sized bed. We would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful House

The pictures on the website do not do this house justice. It is a truly beautiful house with a lot of room. The house is right on the beach and the views were spectacular. We saw dolphins almost every morning while drinking coffee on the deck. The owner was great and easy to work with. The only issues we had were very minor. The deck furniture is a little uncomfortable and the grill on the property was very small. Neither of these things impacted our vacation and we would definitely choose this property when we come back to Gulf Shores. There is something for everyone in the area and the house is ideally located.

Beautiful vacation home

This home was as beautiful as the pictures! Very nice location right on the beach. We had 4 families staying in the home and there was plenty of space for everyone. Owner was very nice and quick to respond. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great House

We had 4 families that traveled to GS with boys to play baseball. This house is excellent for a large group. There is plenty of room and you will never feel over crowded. The pictures acutally do not do it justice. I would recommend this house to anyone.
