This is not a plain, cookie cutter beach rental. It has personality, space, and the kind of relaxed setup that works well for families, kids, cousins, friends, and pups.

The home is located about a 4 minute walk, less than 500 steps, from West 10th Street Public Beach Access, making beach days simple without needing to load everyone into the car.



The Space:

Dani’s Dixie Delight is the south side of a Gulf Shores duplex, set up for groups who want comfort, flexibility, and room to enjoy the trip.

Inside, guests will find:

• 3 bathrooms

• Sleeps up to 12 guests

• Primary bedroom with queen bed

• Secondary bedroom with queen bed

• Bunk room with triple bunk: double, twin, and twin

• Two queen sleeper sofas in the living areas

• Open kitchen, dining, and living space

• Large kitchen island with counter seating

• High speed Wi Fi

• Central air conditioning

• Dedicated private laundry area in a finished, conditioned space below the unit

The home has a bright, playful coastal style with colorful accents, beach themed details, and a casual feel that makes it easy to settle in. Kids can claim the bunk room, guests can gather around the kitchen island, and the sleeper sofas give larger groups extra flexibility.

Outdoor spaces are a major part of the stay. Guests can enjoy the covered deck, ground level hangout space, outdoor bar area, outdoor TV, private grill, firepit area, outdoor shower, and open yard space.

Beach days are easy with provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach wagons for hauling gear and snacks.

Dani’s Dixie Delight is also pet friendly. The property includes a dedicated dog run, kennel area, doggy water dishes, and a splash pool for dogs. Please note that the broader lot is not fully fenced, so pets should be supervised outside unless they are using the designated dog run or kennel.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to Dani’s Dixie Delight, which is the south side of the duplex, along with the outdoor spaces included with this rental.

The north side of the duplex is reserved for the owner’s private use. The owner is out of state and is not typically on the premises during guest stays, so the space is set up to feel private and peaceful for guests.



The Neighborhood:

Dani’s Dixie Delight is located in Gulf Shores near West Beach Boulevard, close to both the Gulf and Little Lagoon. The location gives guests a relaxed beach house feel while still keeping the beach, dining, shopping, and local activities within easy reach.

This is a convenient spot for families who want nearby beach access, outdoor space at home, and a comfortable place to return to after full days on the coast.



Getting Around:

Guests can walk to the West 10th Street Public Beach Access, drive to restaurants and shops, or use ride share depending on the day’s plans.

Free on site parking is available at the property.

• Rental Agreement and Guest Verification

After booking, you’ll need to sign our Rental Agreement and complete guest verification through Truvi, our third party health and safety partner. These steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking or 4 hours before check in, whichever time is earlier. If this does not work for you, we’re happy to offer a free cancellation.

• Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking outside of approved areas may result in additional charges and removal from the property.

• Age Requirement

Groups where all guests are under 25 years old are not permitted.

• Pet Friendly Home

This home is pet friendly, but the broader lot is not fully fenced. Pets should be supervised outside unless they are using the designated dog run or kennel. Guests are responsible for reviewing and following the full pet rules before booking.
