PET POLICY:
- $250 pet fee (a maximum of up to 2 dogs are allowed)
- Dogs only. NO CATS or other animals are permitted.
- Clean up after your pet and dispose of all waste.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds.
- Pets must not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
- Ensure pets are clean & dry prior to entering house from the beach.

SNOWBIRD RATES:
Available for long term (30+days/monthly) between November-March. Rate: $3000/month (not including taxes or damage fees). Email directly to setup.

HOUSE RULES:
● Check In 4:00pm | Check Out 10:00am
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No smoking. No parties.
● Pets Allowed, but with pet fee.
● Golf Cart: Use is for 16+ licensed drivers and should only be driven to the closest beach access point. Golf Cart is not street legal and should not be driven on main highway.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $175 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Kristie`s House Cleaning, another local based small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We make check-in super easy and we guarantee our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! -Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 staying at the property must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Age verification is required to book the property.

-Pets are welcome in this home. Only dogs allowed. Max of 2 and with a $250/per dog pet fee.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- All guests shall abide by the community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside of the premises. Smoking will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Any parties will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from the house, and no refund.
