Both the main house and the two-story guesthouse have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar dining. The main house's formal dining room is an option, or you can always take your meals alfresco by the pool.

In both spaces, you can stay connected with the complimentary WiFi while enjoying the convenience of central air-conditioning. Two private washer/dryers are also available for your convenience.

Each bedroom is beautifully appointed, offering a peaceful sanctuary to unwind after a day of adventure.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We received the code in a timely manner, but had to call in to get the code for the guest house, could have used better instructions to get there, GPS routed us to a owners only gate, took some time to navigate to the correct entrance

Terrible experience!! All the trash cans were full, I reached out to them all they did was move them to the road, grill doesn’t work, tvs don’t work. Had to call for them to bring amenities because they didn’t restock them, master bedroom couch is ruined, mirror in the master needs replaced, first floor bathroom toilet was not clean and plunger was in the shower wet and the toilet barley flushed, the air vent in the kitchen is very loose and will cause you to trip. The kitchen has mold on the celling from a water leak from the master bedroom shower. You speak with the management property and they just deflect, you don’t get access to the pool club house inside of kiva, half of these complaints have been previous complaints that they still haven’t fixed and it’s inexcusable

Bathroom Noise

There was a strange noise in the first floor bathroom. The grill was terrible and not useable. We did not have access to the hot tub or the warm shared pool. Some of the floor grates were loose and one of us tripped on one. The pool area had dead leaves all over and we had to sweep them away so we could get to the pool. The house's were clean and the pool was great but cold. Patio area could use a good cleaning. Some of the TV's are not hooked up.

Beautiful and quiet location- needs TVs to be upgraded

Pros: Nice location, golf course location was a plus Cons: Be prepared for multiple sets of stairs especially if you are traveling with the elderly. Only one tv worked in the main house. None of the bedroom TVs worked. They all need to be updated especially in the south during football season. Also, we had a total of 7 bath towels in the house. The house has six bedrooms which is completely ridiculous that more towels were not provided.
