Great Escape - A pet friendly, hidden gem close to the beach & lagoon

Within minutes to beach access, restaurants, fun activities, bike trails, local events, nightlife and grocery stores.

This beach house is lovely & everything in it is for your exclusive use during your stay. The only exception is the owner's closet & downstairs storage area with the purple door which are locked.

Low Key has all the comforts you will need from a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable linens, with an electric grill on the deck & a large charcoal grill downstairs. There are also beach chairs and other beach equipment so you will not have to bring these items from home.

*** Please note that we have a double CORDAROY beanbag/bed and NOT a double Futon. VRBO does not give the option to list a CORDAROY bed. Linens for this bed are provided.

We provide the following:

1. An initial setup of two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and a mini set of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap & lotion for each bathroom.
2. One roll of kitchen paper towels and six garbage bags.
3. Dishwashing liquid & dishwasher liquid
4. Two packages of laundry detergent

Vacation Paradise

I have been staying in Gulf Shores for 40 years. This is my favorite vacation home of the 40 plus I’ve rented. Cleanliness is my first priority in rentals, then would come comfortable accommodations. There is absolutely nothing I could want or need not in this home. It was immaculate inside and out! Very nice furnishings all over home. Beds were very comfortable, and the host was so kind and very accommodating to us. We thank you and I will be back soon

Great find!

This property looks as good or better than the pictures. It was very clean, well furnished and we loved the outdoor deck. Nice location and the walking path was great to walk the dog! We can’t wait to return! The owners were very helpful and so kind.

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

An absolute oasis for us! Clean and comfortable, our dogs loved it here and so did we. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach - for us this included the annual Gulf Shores Shrimp Festival. Our host Vickie was amazing and helpful. We won’t stay anywhere else on our next trips!

Great family vacation!

The house was in very good condition and we were very happy to have found a property that would accommodate our family and our fur babies. Communication with the hostesses was never an issue and they were very prompt answering any questions or concerns we had. Our family would be willing to stay at any property that this host has.

Baseball Tournament w/ a little time at the beach

We rented this location so that we would have easy access to the beach in the afternoons after our baseball games were complete. This property has a great location a short walk from the beach as well as restaurants and ice cream! I think the couch must have been changed since the listing was published because it did not appear to have a sleeper function which reduces the number of potential occupants. We didn't need it but that probably should be updated so that folks only bring 6 people and not 8.

Property was exactly as listed. Short walk (3-4 mins) to the beach. House has TV's everywhere which was great for my teenagers. Dog run was perfect. Patio faces the ocean, drank many glasses of wine out there. Enjoyed it.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and was clean and well equipped. The management was friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate that they had liquid hand soap in the kitchen and each bathroom. The wagons/dollies were fantastic to carry the beach equipment. Highly recommend Low Key!

Lagoon life

The house is exactly as pictured in listing. Remodeled nicely, furnished and decorated tastefully. The kitchen is well stocked and the king bed was comfortable. West Lagoon Avenue is a great place to walk, bike without much traffic. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants. We stay in Gulf shores and Orange Beach once or twice a year and this house is in a an excellent location.

Close to everything

Enjoyed staying at the house. Home is dog friendly and had an area for the dogs to use the restroom and a rolling gate on the deck so they couldn’t escape. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Even a had small view of the water which we enjoyed on the deck. Would absolutely rent again. We would be back in June but it was already rented. Host was awesome and got right back to us.

This house is absolutely perfect! Everything you could possibly need or want is here! Amenities galore along with a fenced in area for dogs, and a gate at the top of the stairs for safety! Short distance to beach. Hosts are fabulous! Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Wonderful House!

House is remarkably clean, neat, tidy and spacious. All the comforts of home are provided including large tvs, washer/dryer etc. Beach is a short distance away with public access close by. Small snafu on check in but was taken care of right away with no further problems. Would definitely enjoy staying again.

The Perfect Beach Getaway in Gulf Shores

My husband and I stayed at this adorable beach house for 7 days. Wish it could have been longer. From the welcoming lower level designed for relaxing to the amazing open kitchen and living area - we loved every part of this beach house. My personal favorite part of this beach house is the vast quartz island that serves as the perfect gathering spot for family. Easy access to the beach and dining. Love that this is a low traffic area too. Since I work remotely, I appreciated the fast internet. We highly recommend this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house. Thank you Vicky and Star for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Exactly what we needed

The house was exactly as described. Clean, pet friendly, and close to everything. The only issue we had was with bicycles, only one had two working tires so we had to change a couple of bike tires to give us two working bike for the kids to ride. Would absolutely book this house again. Thanks
