Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculate and was located delightfully close to both the beach and the city center. Becky is the best property host I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with: she is always so responsive and accommodating of every request. We come every year and have stayed in a lot of different houses, but we have found our permanent home going forward. Already looking forward to next year!

Nice little place away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to go visit the town. The house was very nice and had great views. The master bedroom had the most comfy bed and I will say, their A/C is the best. From the deck we could see the dolphins swimming almost everyday. We were juat steps from yhe water and there may have been 5 other people near us at most. Most of the time there was nobody. Great place and excellent at communicating with us. Thanks again for a great trip!

Wonderful!

This is the fourth time staying here and it is consistently the best home we’ve ever stayed in. The host is extremely helpful, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds/pillows are incredibly comfortable and the beach area is uncrowded with plenty of space to stretch out. It’s perfect!

Best beach house!

We had an amazing time at this beach house. The house was the most clean and well stocked home we have ever rented, and the location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the beach views from the balcony and being able to go down to the beach easily multiple times each day. The house was set up perfectly for our family (2 adults, 1 teen, 2 grandparents) because the master was on one side and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side. We loved everything about this house and can't wait to go back.

This was an amazing property! The layout was great for 6 adults. Plenty of space. The location was absolutely wonderful if you’re looking for spacious beach time without hoards of people. The home had everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend.

Great beach house

Everything about our stay was great, including the ease of check-in, the spacious house with awesome views and huge deck, and especially the best location with uncrowded beach. It was also nice to see they had a shed with beach gear for renters to borrow. The open kitchen has lovely views and is well stocked to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and the cleverly added 1/4 bathroom was helpful with multiple people staying. We spent most of our time while at the house outside on the deck. We loved the high top table, but my suggestion would be to add a large umbrella, perhaps along with another dining table that seats more people. The deck is in the sun most of the day.

Grandkids first beach trip!

We took my daughter, son in law and our 2 grandkids. Ages 3 and 8. The house was perfect. The family had one side of the house and we had the primary on the opposite side. It allows for privacy. The place was very clean. It looks like the pictures. Plenty of towels, blankets, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. Everything you need. Becky was a joy to work with. Instructions spell out the expectations so there is no confusion. Loved it.

Wow View!

We stayed for 5 days and was very pleased with this house. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the gorgeous view of the beach from the living room. Everything was spotless and the layout of the home was perfect for our group of 6 adults with plenty of room and privacy. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the waves and there is only a few steps to the beach via a small private path. The house is a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and many activities. We highly recommend it and are already talking about renting this place in the future.

Awesome Property

This is the second time we have stayed at Southern Palms. The kitchen is stocked with anything you will need to cook an easy breakfast or a 5-course dinner. The beds are comfortable and feel so good after a hard day at the beach. This is what everyone comes for. You can see and hear the gulf from the very large back deck. The beach is steps away over a short dune. And the best part it is almost deserted, except for the occasional walker. Unlike the huge crowds you will find closer to GS. Even though it is farther away from the hustle and bustle it is close enough that if you are sick of the beach or need a break it is an easy drive to hit some of the fantastic restaurants or do some souvenir Shopping.I would highly recommend this property The house, beach and managers are all great! So much, that we already booked our third stay for 2026!

Birthday Trip

My parents, me and my son all stayed here to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Even with the rain from the Tropical Storm, the view from this property was beautiful. Becky was such a sweet host, she replied quickly when we had questions and even reached out to check after the storm. The beach is practically a private one and the house was truly so nice and clean!

We absolutely loved this oceanfront home and would love to book it again! It is located in the nicest part of Gulf Shores with panoramic views of the ocean from the back and beautiful views of the bay in the front. The house has its own, large private beach just steps away! The interior of the home was absolutely beautiful and setup for cooking. Becky the property manager was the best hostess. Hope to visit this dream home again!
