Nestled on West Beach Gulf Shores, away from the hustle and bustle, but only 8 minutes or 4 miles from the center of Gulf Shores. "Sandy Beach" sits directly on Little Lagoon, with a private pier for fishing and mooring your boat, huge, sanded lot for the kids to play, a fire pit with enough chairs for the family, outdoor furniture underneath the home and on every balcony for relaxing and soaking up the salty air, and views of the Gulf of Mexico, you cannot ask for more!!

The upper level hosts the Master Bedroom which includes a King Size Bed, a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle, a desk with a chair, a smart TV, a private Balcony, and a private Full Bathroom with double sinks. Also on level 2 is Bedroom #2 containing 2 twin over full bunk beds and a shared Full Bathroom and Bedroom #3 with a King Size bed and smart TV. On the Main level, you will find the Living Area, Dining Area, fully equipped Kitchen, and Bedroom #4 boasting a King Size Bunk Bed with a Smart TV, and a shared Full Bathroom. Take your meals outside on the covered porch or under the home and watch the dolphins come to play in the Lagoon or see if you can spot a manatee!!

Did someone say S\'mores for dessert? Relax around the fire pit and roast some marshmallows with the kiddos! Fishing anyone? Lots of fish and blue crab are just off the pier for you to catch!! Ready to hit the waves? Just a few blocks away there are many public beach accesses for a beautiful day on the beach! Enjoy the shade under the home on the large sectional sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining table cooked on the provided charcoal grill.

There is covered parking under the carport for 2 vehicles plus additional room in the driveway (6 cars max).

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
