Welcome to Martinique Vitamin Sea 10C, a charming and spacious vacation home nestled within the beautifully landscaped Martinique Resort on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. This thoughtfully designed retreat offers the perfect blend of coastal elegance and comfort, making it an ideal escape for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the beach lifestyle.

The open-concept living area features a comfortable seating space, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of room to relax after a day of sun and sand. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and a cozy coffee bar area—perfect for slow mornings and energizing starts to your day.

The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds—great for kids or extra guests. A loft area provides even more sleeping accommodations with a twin bed and a sofa sleeper, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Enjoy the resort's many amenities, including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, fitness center, and tennis courts. The property is also located near the 4200-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge trails. Take a peaceful walk on the boardwalk from the pools straight to the white sugar sand beaches.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Mixed Feelings/ will not use Liquid Life agai

First this property is at a great location and has everything you need. Things started to good down hill at the beginning of the trip when we could not find the golf cart key, which is needed since you are almost a mile from the beach. None of my calls were returned by Liquid Life. Luckily the a different rental company on property had an old spare cart the let me check out a day and half later. Along with this problem the refrigerator would not cool past 40 degrees. I let Liquid life know our first morning again about the refrigerator and Carmen said she would get the maintenance guy out there. Later that even after no maintenance guy, I called Carmen at liquid life again and said she would the maintenance guy right then to come out. Within a hour we had maintenance out there who said bc it was after hours he would bring a temporary fridge in the morning. That was the last we heard from maintenance and just dealt with the fridge for the rest of the trip. I had a couple other problems with the property that I didn’t call liquid life about with there unsatisfactory performance to help me out. The master bath shower had very low water pressure. The house had a hard time cooling down. At best majority of the fans would only go to a medium setting. The box fan found in the master closet was a must. Spare bedroom ceiling fan sounded like a violin. The washing machine had water trapped in it somewhere and smelled of mildew/mold. The dryer took 3 cycles to get our clothes dry.

Great house in a lovely community!

We loved our time at VitaminSea! The house is spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds. It is located in a small vacation community with great amenities and easy access to the beach. The house backs on to the wild life preserve and is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so we enjoyed how peaceful it was. Having a golf cart to use made getting around Martinique very easy. Would definitely go back!

Great family house

We’ve stayed at Vitamin Sea three years in a row because it fits our needs as a group of two families. Lots of space for the kids to play, nice kitchen, and a working golf cart (everyone’s favorite) for a short ride to the beach!

Really good property for a family. Loved the neighborhood beach and the pools! We had room to spread out/not be on top of each other. We also had what we needed in the kitchen for making meals etc which was nice.

Great House and Neighborhood

We were very pleased with the house. The first day was hot bc the air wouldn’t cool down. We believe it’s possibly because the cleaners had left doors open. It finally cooled off during the night and stayed cool the rest of the trip. House was wonderful and we loved the neighborhood!

Loved it all!

The house was spacious, very well equipped and a wonderful location. Easy access to the beach and pool, especially with the golf cart included. Property manager was super responsive. We plan to return next year for sure.

It was just as advertised. We love staying at Martinique! Well hidden gem. We only had one problem. The downstairs toilet overflowed into the kitchen and bedroom. Horrible smell of sewage. I called the rental company and they were very quick to fix the problem. Maintenance was there within an hour or so. Other than that it was a great relaxing stay

Family Spring Break at Martinique on the Gulf

Our family enjoyed a relaxing beach break at Vitamin Sea in the Martinique on the Gulf resort/community. Overall, the home was lovely and the location was too! The highlights include: Well-stocked kitchen, tastefully furnished, fabulous screened-in porch, included board games and plenty of beach toys to use, Keurig and Regular Coffeemaker's, propane grill, golf cart to get around the neighborhood. Especially liked that this is a Gated community with private beach access, two pools and fitness centers. We had two hiccups upon arrival which were communicated to the property management company involving housekeeping and a dead golf cart battery that wouldn’t charge (requiring an HOA service ticket to come out and resolve ). These were disappointing but we didn’t let them ruin our trip. Overall we would recommend and would return again!

Nice house at Martinique

The house was very nice and well equipped. It is located toward the front of the property so not very close to the beach and pool but easily accessible via golf cart. My only complaint was the master bedroom mattress was pretty hard, but that is more of a preference. Check-in required that the renter visits a management office (to pick up keys) which is on the way to Martinique assuming that you are driving south on Highway 59. I would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay, This home is beautiful and provides everything you need. The pools were very beautiful as well as the private beach. There were minor issues such as the microwave stopped working and the cleaning people left a paper towel wrapped around the ice makercomponents which would up in pieces of ice. Other than that the stay was perfect in every way.

Enjoyable stay!

Very nice property, seemingly well mainitained. We have stayed at the Martinique property many times, both houses and condo's. This house was really far from the beach, but it did have a golf cart, so we were ok.

Great Stay at Vitamin Sea!

We had an excellent stay at Vitamin Sea! The large house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We had eight people and never felt crowded. The living room was huge with plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and well appointed. The golf cart was excellent for going back and forth to the beach. Previous reviews mentioned not being able to to get the ceiling fans to work. We didn't have any issues with fans. The living room fan was a little tricky getting the right switch, but it didn't take long to get it going. Also, the problem with the Crow's Nest being too hot has been taken care of. There is now a portable air conditioner up there. It was the coolest room in the house. I will say that the second floor bedrooms were a little warm. The thermostat is downstairs and it is limited to 71 degrees. So, the upstairs rooms were a little warmer. However, there was a box fan, so it wasn't a big deal. I would highly recommend this house to anyone heading to Martinique. Check in was easy and the property management was very helpful. The app was an easy and efficient way to communicate. I wouldn't hesitate going back to Vitamin Sea!

Some repairs needed

The 1st night the bathroom downstairs toilet paper backed up in shower. They fixed i the next morning. The last 3 nights we was there we had a water leak in the kirchen ceiling from bsthroom on the second floor. When we checked out on they had someone coming to fix the leak in kirchen. They did refund us for 1 night for all the trouble we had whike staying for the week. I would like to say when I did call/ text they answered/ respond fast. Overall we did enjoy our stay wasreally nice.

House full of spider webs & multiple spiders. None of the ceiling fans worked. House was too warm.

We love the Martenique neighborhood & have stayed there before with no problems in a different property. This home had several problems. The House was too hot for all of the family. Thermostat was programmed for 71 but was 90 outside & couldnt be lowered, so we had to buy Box fans. The ceiling fans wouldnt work. There were several spider webs throughout the home & multiple large & small spiders in which they did send an exterminator out while we stayed there. The exterminator then left the front door unlocked & we came home from the beach & found door unlocked. The last 2 days the shower have water & sludge that would come out of the shower drain when we flushed the commode. We were grateful for the working golf cart. We would love to stay in another house in the Martenique neighborhood in the future.
