Amazing!!!

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place! We went for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our time! Beautiful, very clean and spacious with an absolutely GORGEOUS view! The owners and property manager were beyond accommodating and extremely sweet people! 10/10 would stay here again!

Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed!

This condo was absolutely the best place we’ve ever stayed! It was super clean (and this is coming from a clean freak) so shoutout to the cleaning crew! It also had plenty of open cabinets for us to store food, which is rare these days. Honestly the only thing we weren’t impressed with was the master bed because it just wasn’t firm at all…but that’s a preference thing. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated but there was no warm water there (we were there in mid-May before the summertime heat kicked in and the outdoor pool was just too cold the first couple of days). So we were disappointed in that. We highly recommend Jonathan, property manager! He answered all our questions and we definitely want to rent from him again in the future.

Our best trip in 13 years!

My wife and I have been traveling to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach annually for 13 years. Sometimes twice a year. We’ve stayed in many Pheonix properties but this was by far our favorite. Like some of the larger properties there were great amenities. Great pool, great slide for my 9 and 6 year old boys, lazy river was great. Unlike the bigger properties, it just doesn’t seem as crowded. The staff were friendly. There’s even a surf shop that has some essentials like sunscreen, goggles, beach toys, etc so you don’t have to leave for those things. The beach was huge! I never felt like I was stepping over people. Plenty of room for tents if needed and great chair and umbrella service. The location is perfect. You are a short drive to The Hangout and downtown Gulf Shores. You can literally walk to The Gulf State Park and the pier (we did some fishing off the pier). You can drive a 3 minute drive into Orange Beach through the park on the main road or drive through the park into Gulf Shores to the grocery stores and other shopping and avoid the downtown congestion. The unit itself is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with a huge bathroom, walk in shower, and walk in closet. Another bedroom with two queen beds and a walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed with full size bunks and a tub/shower combo in the bath. The views from the main living area and the master suite are breathtaking. The balcony is very large and has a couple loungers, full size dining table, and a couple Adirondack chairs. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. I would give this property and unit a 10 out of 10.
