    Sorry! EI COLLEGE-RYHMÄT. Otamme mielellämme vastaan ryhmiä, kirkkoryhmiä, tiedekuntien sponsoroimia ryhmiä. Huomaa, että emme voi vuokrata hallitsemattomia korkeakouluryhmiä tai alle 25-vuotiaita ryhmiä. Enintään 14 aikuista. Hangout-festivaalin viikonloppuna on 1000 dollarin palautettava vakuus.

    Southern Grace on ihana, hyväpalkkainen talo, jossa on 6 makuuhuonetta, 5 täyttä kylpyä, joka tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa koko perheelle. Toivomme, että löydät saman rauhan tunteen kuin tällä kauniilla sokerivalkoisella rannalla. Nauti 3 king-makuuhuonetta (1 on sohva ja vyöry), 3 queen makuuhuonetta (1 on pari kuningattarta) ja 5 täyttä kylpyä.

    Pääkerroksessa on loistava huone, joka kattaa talon leveyden ja tarjoaa lähes lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat näkymät. Suuressa keittiössä on 2 jääkaappia ja paljon tiskitilaa perheille, jotka haluavat kokata yhdessä. Siellä on iso pesutupa ja 2 king-makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa vierekkäiset kylpyammeet (toinen aukeaa myös saliin).

    Yläkerrassa on 4 makuuhuonetta, mukaan lukien rannalla sijaitseva king-mestari, makuuhuone, jossa pari kuningattarta ja oma kylpyhuone, kuningatar-makuuhuone viereisellä kylpyammeella, joka myös aukeaa saliin, ja viihtyisä kuningatar-makuuhuone aulassa. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio, ja tietysti meillä on WIFI.

    Jokaisessa 3 tasossa on täysleveä kuisti, jossa on istumapaikkoja, ruokailutila ulkona ja paljon muuta.

Simply the best

The house was so clean & smelled nice. We’ve never stayed at a house so well supplied in the kitchen. There were even beach toys, chairs, etc. All of the ladies agreed, it was the best house we’ve stayed at in the past 10 years.

Awesome Beach Experience

We had a great time! The property was perfect for our family! Everyone had a bed which was good because we were exhausted after being at the beach all day! Being able to watch the ocean from the property to relax a little was heaven! The property was clean and well stocked! Thank you so much!!

Perfect Location

We thought the location & layout of the house were awesome! Steps to the beach & not crowded being far enough in between public access points. Walmart deliveries groceries so that was huge plus as well, we didn’t have to fight the traffic.

Sibling vacation

Very nice house with everything you need . Beautiful views of the ocean and beach was not crowded at all. A wooden walkway to to the beach would be nice it was a little bit of a work out carrying your chairs and umbrella through the thick sand. Not as young as we used to be 😊

Loved all of the space with 6 bedrooms. 2 washer/dryer sets & 2 frigs. Very nicely decorated and new condition. We sat a lot on the balcony outside the master for the view. September is a great time to be there with mostly adults out on the beach.

Annual Girls Trip

We have been doing out annual trip for 15 years now and we all agree this was the best house we have stayed in. We had 13 ladies and we are very comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep without bunk beds! The 2 refrigerators was so nice to have on top of an ice maker. I think this is the first year we have not had to make multiple ice runs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Unwanted visitor

The house has a huge RAT, that was seen multiple times by family members . On our first night he (the rat) enjoyed a loaf of bread, cookies and a few day snacks . He needs to be attending to, trapped or shot but removed from the premises.

The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked 5 nights for 15. There is plenty of space for everyone. The beach supply room has tons of items. The main deck table and chairs are showing their age but it was the favorite spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. We sat outside a lot! Enjoyed our stay so much.

Loved the location and the fact that most of the bedrooms have a bathroom.The floors and one of the beds was sandy on arrival.BUT, it had mice. They knew there were mice and didn't inform us. We told them the mice were getting our food - we called multiple times during our stay and nothing was done. But the most upsetting, was rat poison was left out where my 1 year old could have gotten it and we were not warned. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS

Amazing House! Perfect for larger groups

We had a fabulous family vacation at Southern Grace. The house was large enough to give everyone a bit of privacy when they needed it. The double refrigerators were amazing! We usually end up keeping drinks in a cooler and running out for ice, but not this time, we had plenty of room. Bonus for the separate ice maker and washer and dryers on each floor. Mice were not an issue for us as some other reviews stated. I reached out to the property management company prior to coming and was told the issue was resolved and it was. Everyone in the group said their beds were comfortable. Could use a curtain or blinds on the door going out to the upstairs porch, not everyone wants to be up at first light on vacation. The kitchen dishes and supplies were perfect for cooking and eating in. We really enjoyed our visit, except for the biting flies, this was our first bad experience with flies and we vacation somewhere along the gulf every fall school break. Highly recommend you check this house out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat customers of Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals and Southern Grace. The location is ideal for our extended family and the bedroom and bathroom configuration of this unit is perfect for us. Beyond all of that, though, the customer service of GSVR is superb. With such frequent turnover of rental properties, it would be easy to just do the bare minimum, but GSVR goes well beyond that. The property is always spotlessly clean and, when we do have a rare maintenance issue, they are so efficient in their response and resolution of the problem. We come to Gulf Shores on a regular basis and will always look to rent through GSVR. They take good care of us!

Will use Gulf Shores Rentals for our next trip.

Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed in Gulf Shores every summer for almost twenty years and have stayed in Southern Grace beach house six times because we like it so much. The home looks exactly as pictured and is beautiful and spacious. It is in a great location, well stocked, and has everything we need. Two full-sized refrigerators, upstairs and downstairs full-sized washer and dryer, and a separate ice maker are awesome. Great response from the rental company.
