With a private beachfront pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day), an elevator, and custom touches throughout, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway.

    All three levels feature spacious living areas and private beachfront bedrooms, each with a private bath and beachfront balcony. The home boasts spectacular views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, as this quiet stretch of beach has only one row of beachfront homes, with another row of homes across the road along the lagoon.

Southern Holiday

This home was great for our group of 16 people. The ammenities were fantastic. The pool a nice size for all to cool off and the beach access was great. The kitchen was well outfitted for any cooking or baking activity. It's close enough to town but far enough away as well. We highly recommend this home for your family gathering.

Amazing.

Family spring break trip 2023 . 22 family members, ranging in age from 6 months old to 78 years old met at this amazing beachfront home for spring break . Plenty of room for everyone and right on the beach. Appliances are top of the line. The elevator is a life saver. I can't think of anything negative to say about the entire house. You will not be disappointed.

After having no luck finding a bigger home to fit our group in the area we started looking elsewhere. I found a house we loved on GSVR, but it was booked. I called and they were super helpful and told me about Southern Holiday that would be completed by this summer. This house was an absolute dream! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the extra sinks/dishwashers made cleaning for a big group so much easier. We had a few problems and as soon as we called someone was sent over to fix it. The beach was not crowded and so peaceful. I cannot say enough good things about the house, area, and GSVR. We are already booked for next year and cannot wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year was much different. Knowing we try to schedule this place for same season and typically week every year, the construction was very distracting for what we hoped for a quiet ministry trip.We had no clue people were going to be over do work to property, also the washers were having trouble. Leaking on ceiling, through first floor, then a step was so damaged that we had an attendee fall and skin her knee, twist her ankle. The carpet was just pieces together scattering everywhere you walked on it and not taped down. Safety was not up to par for cost It just wasn’t up to the par of cleanly either. The cost of these fees and cleaning really needs to be dropped lower as it is not worth 700.

Family trip to "Southern Holiday"

There were 28 members of our family, ranging from age 79 to 7 months and we stayed for 7 nights. This home was beautiful, very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials (and many non-essentials) to make all of our meals and stay very comfortably. There was ample storage space, 3 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators (on the 1st floor) and the home was so roomy and open. There were washing machines on every level, TV's and living areas on every level as well as all the bedrooms. With 28 people, including 16 kids, it was never crowded and there were plenty of places to go to if you wanted some privacy. The pool was nice, there were plenty of outdoor chairs and tables, and the convenience of walking right down the deck to the beach was awesome. Although it was spring break, the beach in front of our house was never crowded (really just our crew and a few passers by). We will definitely go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was better than the pictures. Every bedroom has a beach view and the beach view on this trip was breathtaking. Calm ocean, cranes, dolphins and a shark. This house had everything and then some in the kitchen, laundry rooms and living areas. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Located close to everything, but far enough away for the peace and quiet you want on a vacation. We'll be staying here again.
