  • Kesäpalatsi sijaitsee Gulf Shores -istutuksessa noin 14. 5 km: n päässä Gulf Shoresin keskustasta. Kaksipuoleisena rakennettuna, joka on 2700 neliömetriä, sinulla on ylellisyys, jos sinulla on kaksi olohuonetta, kaksi keittiötä ja kaksi pesutupaa avuksesi!

    Kunkin yksikön päätaso tarjoaa keittiön, jossa on sekä suuret että pienet kodinkoneet, sekä keittiötarvikkeet, ruokailuvälineet ja sisäänkäynti ruokakomeroon. Kunkin yksikön olohuoneissa on 50 "taulutelevisio ja DVD-vuodesohva, mukavat tuolit ja pääsy parvekkeelle. Avuksesi on puoli sauna päätasolla, samoin kuin viereinen ovi, jotta naapurisi perheesi tai ystäväsi ovat helposti saatavilla!

    Jokaisen yksikön ylemmässä kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta! Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuodevaatteet, 37 "taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Pohjoisen makuuhuoneessa on myös ylimitoitettu tuoli Twin-vetäytyminen. Vierashuoneessa tai lastenhuoneessa on täysi kerrossänky, parivuode ja 37 tuuman taulutelevisio. Jokainen lastenhuone nukkuu 5 ja tarjoaa oman kylpyhuoneen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke näköalalla lahdelle! Pesukone, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, sijaitsee myös ylemmällä tasolla avuksesi!

    Kesäpalatsissa on myös upeita mukavuuksia, kuten 6 ulkouima-allasta, poreallas, tenniskentät, uima-allas, sauna, kuntosali ja grillausmahdollisuus! Summer Palace sijaitsee suoraan itään tunnettu Kiva Dunes, suosittu golfkenttä. Tämä kiinteistö sijaitsee myös keskeisellä paikalla Mobile, AL ja Pensacola, FL lentokenttien välillä!

Love this place

This place was perfect for my family. We loved every minute of our stay. Perfect location to go to the pool and and the beach. Property manager was great to work with. The only issue we had was checking in with security at the beginning of our stay. Security was unsure of where the property was, even after showing him the email had to wait for another security guard to come for my family and O to get our parking passes. We will be back and renting again.

Awesome house!

We loved how close we were to the beach and multiple pools, tennis courts, hot tubs and basketball courts. Saddened that neither inside pool was available. The house is well maintained and things that came up were taken care of immediately.

Great beach location

The house was not as clean as I would have liked. The shower in two bathrooms did not drain well. The layout of the house is nice and the location is great. The house needs work on the outside.

Prime price for a dirty place

When we arrived the code sent to us would not unlock the door! When we finally got in there was a pile of dirty wet laundry left on the floor. The place was not stocked to accommodate 15 people not enough dishes, silverware or towels. The sleeper sofa and twin bed were broke. When leaving we removed the sheets there was no mattress covers on the dirty stained mattress! The place asks for a premium price but the accommodations were below average. On the plus side the property management company was very responsive to my complaints they brought towels and silverware and had the sofa bed fixed the next day. I would not recommend this place nor will I stay here again.

Beach Girls vacation get away

This was our fourth time staying in this house. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend this location although the amount of stairs us getting challenging with age. We did find the kitchens were not as well equipped as in the past. All pans had chipped off finishes making cooking more challenging. Some of the blinds had broken slats and a fan light fixture on one side had a missing glass fixture. Rust was noticeable on one refrigerator when the door to the freezer was opened. The glass panel over the bottom drawers of one refrigerator was missing. Thankfully this didn't keep us from having a great time!

Not clean

We love Gulf Shores and enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and pools on site. However, upon arriving to the condo, we noticed that there was trash under furniture still from previous guests. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed and we found clumps of hair behind doors and in the bathrooms. One one side of the condo, the B side, the dishwasher was not screwed into the cabinetry. So whenever it was opened, the whole dishwasher would want to fall forward out of the space. Shortly after arriving the manager of the cleaning crew had stopped by to check up on a new workers’ job, and we had to share the lack of cleanliness. She was very understanding and kind and came back that evening with her husband to sweep the floors and wipe down everything for us. We really enjoy Gulf Shores plantation, however I am not sure we would stay at this particular condo again. We were disappointed that it was not clean and properly prepared for our stay.

Great house for beach family reunion!

The duplex had plenty of room for all 19 of us. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The map from the property management company said we had access to the indoor dome pool, but the fobs did not work - we called the number and no one seemed to know what was going on... would have been nice if we could have used that pool. Did use the other outdoor pools and BBQ grill.
