"The Pearl" on upouusi GULF FRONT -hotelli, jossa on 12 makuuhuonetta ja 12. 5 kylpyhuonetta levitetä����n 3 kerroksessa ja siinä on mukautettu lahden puolella lämmitetty uima-allas lasiseinällä altaan eteläpuolella, joten näkymiä ei estetä. Tämä koti on täydellinen ryhmille, jotka etsivät majoitusta 16-38 hengen ryhmille. Sijaitsee noin 5. 2 kilometriä Hwysta länteen. 59 West Beachissä Gulf Shores AL: ssa. Denissa on lisäksi puoli kylpyamme ja keittiÜssä on 3 j��äkaappia, 3 astianpesukonetta, 4 uunia, 2 vapaasti seisovaa jääpalakoneita ja kaksi kaasuliesi-keittotasoa. Tämä keittiÜ on PERFECT perheille, jotka nauttivat omien aterioiden valmistamisesta ja taistelevat väkijoukkoja ravintoloissa. Denissa on 75 tuuman SMART-TV länsip��ässä ja 65 tuuman SMART-TV it��pään sein��ssä ruokapÜytien yläpuolella. Ruokailutilassa on 3, 12 jalan pituisia, mukautettuja ruokapÜytiä, jotka mahtuvat 12 pÜydälle. On myÜs ruostumaton kaasugrilli etel��puolella pä��taso takaisin kannelle, joten vieraat voivat grillata ulos katsellen yli Persianlahden ja uima-allasalueella, mutta ei tarvitse huolehtia tankkien täyttämisestä.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on yksi king-vuode Lounais-makuuhuoneessa (nukkuu 2), makuuhuone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa Luoteis-puolella on 2 king-vuodetta (nukkuu 4). Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa voi majoittua jopa 6 vierasta.

2. kerros
Toisessa kerroksessa on 6 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone. On 4 lahden edessä master sviittiä, joissa on king-size-vuode ja yksityinen kuilu edessä parvekkeet. Näiss���� 4 parvekkeessa on myÜs yksityisyyden sein��t parvekkeilla. Kaksi pohjoista makuuhuonetta ovat kooltaan liian suuria, ja jokaisessa huoneessa on kaksi king-vuodetta huoneessa ja kaksi litteää SMART-televisiota makuuhuoneissa. Neljä Persianlahden etupäällikÜä, joissa kaikissa on yksi king-vuode per huone (nukkuu 2 per huone), kaksi pohjoista makuuhuonetta toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi kuningasta per huone. (2 kuningasta / nukkuu jopa 4 per huone). Toisessa kerroksessa voi majoittua korkeintaan 16 henkeä. Toisessa kerroksessa on my��s taulutelevisio ja oleskelualue.

3. kerros
Kolmannessa kerroksessa on 4 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa huoneissa on täysi kylpyamme. Kahdella Persianlahden puolella sijaitsevassa master-makuuhuoneessa on yksi king-vuode per huone ja molemmilla on kuilu edessä parvekkeet. Kaksi pohjoista makuuhuonetta molemmissa on 1 joukko räätälÜityjä kuningattaren Queen-pankkeja ja Twin XL: n yli Twin XL -housuja. Jokaisessa kerross��ngyssä voi majoittua jopa 6 henkeä, ja jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on myÜs toinen televisio ja oleskelualue kolmannen kerroksen yhteisiss�� tiloissa sijaitsevan märkäbaarin lisäksi.

The Pearl could not have been a better fit for our family and daughter’s wedding. The size was perfect and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and beach was beautiful (complete with pods of dolphins). The property manager was very easy to contact and prompt in replies. Highly recommend the Pearl, a true gem!

We had multiple people coming in from other countries, including the United Kingdom, Canada and South Africa. They were also others from Alabama and other southern states. A wonderful time. We most enjoyed the three large tables so joint meals could be enjoyed by all.

We had a wonderful gathering of our immediate family, including grandparents, adult children with spouses and 22 grandchildren. The beach is fabulous. The house was everything we hoped for and really great facility for entertaining such a large group. The management was very responsive. Would highly recommend the Pearl👍

Myself along with my brothers, sisters and our spouses really enjoyed staying here. The house is so beautiful and huge. Plenty of room to escape if you needed some quiet time. Massive kitchen with 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers and ice machines. The best part is 7 of the 12 bedrooms have a beach view. One bedroom went right out to the pool and the other beach view rooms all had balconies. Anything you want or need in a house for a weeks vacation this house has it. Would definitely stay here again.

Lives up to all expectations. No disappointments. Well appointed, beautifully designed, and functional for a large group. Everyone was comfortable and had their own suites. The Pearl can adapt to business or vacation configurations. We had a wonderful time.

The very first thing that I want to mention is from the moment we booked, the communication between Greg and I was always fast and helpful! I’m not sure if he was the property owner or manager, but the communication and help from him was outstanding. We rented this property for our wedding without having the chance to visit the area or home beforehand. Every time we emailed, we received prompt responses with exactly the info and suggestions that we needed. Even in the evening hours! The home was absolutely beautiful and offered us all of the space that we were looking for. The open concept kitchen was perfect for our evening after the wedding. The island countertop is very large (much larger than the pictures made it look), and plenty of space for the caterers. We were also able to rearrange the living room and create enough space for our guitar player AND an area to dance the night away. Each floor was beautifully decorated, and the lay out was very comfortable. There is a stackable washer and dryer on the top two floors which was handy incredibly handy. The location is superb! About 10 minutes to the main road that feeds into the area. Dining, shopping were easy to get to. The area felt very residential and comfortable, which was exactly what we were looking for. We visited in October and decided last minute to heat the pool. Worth it! I should also mention that I was able to message about hearing the pool very last minute, and was easily and quickly able to have that arranged. There is also a guy that comes every 3 or 4 days to clean out the pool. The only thing that got a little tricky during our stay at the house was the driveway. It is a single driveway that can hold about 12 cars, but there is sand on either side that is recommended you do not park on. The driveway also sits up fairly high on top of the sand, so I wouldn’t recommend driving two wheels off the side of the driveway either. You can scrape the underneath of your vehicle. As long as you preplan for the driveway, it really isn’t an issue. We left everyone’s car keys in a basket by the elevator on the main floor so that if someone was blocked, we could move the cars as needed. Overall wonderful stay, would definitely consider renting again if we are back in the area.

Great house for our group. House is listed “w/heated pool”. This is in error. Pool is only heated with additional fee. Other than that, great time was had by all.

Absolutely beautiful house in a perfect beach setting. We had 28 people and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and dining area are a great size and really well equipped. The only picky thing is that some of the house needed some small repairs, but the owner already has plans for the work to be done. Would definitely book again.

We had a group of 22 and it was truly the perfect location. Enough room to spread out so we didn’t get claustrophobic, but plenty of gathering space where we could all be together in one room. The heated pool and direct access to the beach made the stay extra amazing. The kitchen appliances, washing machines on 2 levels, and balcony’s for all beach front rooms were remarkable touches. We had one little issue with the grill but the friendly maintenance man was very prompt in coming to fix it. We would certainly go back again.

This house is an absolute dream for any group vacation !!! The entire architectural design is intended to ensure that everyone has their own space and luxury ! Greg from the management company was MORE than attentive and communicated VERY well on details etc ! Can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is beautiful and the views amazing. Due to COVID, we ate the majority of meals at the house which was no problem at all. The kitchen is perfect for feeding a large crowd and had everything we needed. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. This is our 3rd time staying with this owner's properties and it won't be our last.
