”We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort. Two free cocktails that accompanied the room’s description were nice. (We stayed in the Paloma room.) Only one thing was amiss - contrary to the instructions, guests in the hotel did not receive 10%...

”First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. You may want to look at the property first, the neighborhood is sketchy but was quiet. I was under the impression that the...

”Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was that our room didn’t have curtains, which meant the morning sunlight came in very early and woke us up sooner than we would have liked. Adding window coverings would make an otherwise wonderful stay even better.”

”I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special.”

I loved it enough to keep coming back and planned to make it my annual summer vacation spot. However, this time, housekeeping could be improved…my room wasn’t cleaned during my 6-day stay. When I asked mid-week for a change towels, re-supply toilet paper, etc, the bare minimum was done, no cleaning was done, no beds made, no bath mat was replaced, and they left the dirty...

High end and affordable option with a convenient store in hotel. Overall great place to stay. Little pricey for what you get but if you want historic/iconic and a little away from the busy beach tourist spots. This is your place. FYI I live here about 15 min from hotel and have been to many resorts and beaches in the area.”
