”Spacious clean room with a good view to countryside. Similarly the 14th floor bar/restaurant had great views all round and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast buffet excellent albeit busy as I think they were fairly full occupancy . Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend.”

”We arrived quite late for just one night. The check in was simple and staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. We had food with us and the fridge in the room was a great addition. Plates, cutlery, glasses all in the room, in addition to tea and coffee for the morning. We had a family room and both rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and so our sleep was not disturbed. Would be happy to return should we be back in the area. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant...

”Lovely stay here, friendly staff and very helpful. Nice area very quiet and peaceful but still close to shopping and sightseeing.”

”The room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view was beautiful. The onsite pub and restaurant had just closed down , which meant a walk alongside the lake which was only a few minutes, to the pub restaurant next to a Premier inn. There was a lot of activity on the lake when we arrived and other activities advertised on site. This was only a stopover for us but was pleasant ”

”Everything was in good condition and well maintained. Rooms were clean and everyone working was nice and polite. Good place to be.”

”The hut was a lot smaller than we thought from the pictures. Our toddler loved it but was very cramped for us two adults. Found a few bugs in the bedding due to window being left open on arrival. The wall was dirty & mattress was badly stained. Looks like it needs a make over. Overall it was ok but not worth the amount paid. I did message on Expedia & Facebook asking for some help getting tickets for dino land but had no response from anyone.”

”A very simple & overpriced hotel in a good location. Room cleaning during stay not included, no room service or restaurant in the hotel neither. Just a vending machine with soda, chocolate and crisps. Staff (one person) in the reception 24/7. Felt a bit unsafe at times, despite the hotel entrance being locked after 10 PM. A small bathroom in which water from shower leaked to the floor. Wifi & air conditioning worked well.”

”Overall our experience was really good it is in an excellent location and the apartment was very clean, the only down fall of the apartment was the bed the bed was very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep in at all but overall the rest off our stay was lovely ”

”I had a great stay and would definitely return. The room was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking available. I was also very impressed with the complimentary dinner, which was both delicious and generous in portion size.”
