”The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update.
We pay way too much for what we got. ”

”The property was amazing features and activites for all of my family members. The ony thing it lacked was a proper hot tub. Unfortunately, My son got very sick 2 days into the trip and had to be rushed to the emergency room but the staff was so helpful and got us an ambulance escort. Food was amazing for the most part, especially the Sushi! Will totally come back!”

”Overall, it was a good place to stay due to its great location. Our room's wiring was strange, and breakfast was chaotic. Needing a room key to access the outside patio to eat breakfast (not enough tables/room inside) is ridiculous and hard to do.”

”This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!!
**Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI]
-There was nothing "comfy" about the house. It is all cement: bed frame, entire bathroom so...

”This hotel was absolutely gorgeous it exceeded all of my expectations me and my daughter had a wonderful vacation the staff was excellent everyone spoke perfect English the rooms were lovely the food at Tova was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves very much the pizza by the pool side was absolutely fabulous the drinks by Nicole and Gabriel were absolutely delicious Xavier the concierge was more than a joy to help assist with taxi cabs and anything I needed”

”I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups.”
