The owners & staff went above & beyond to accommodate our every need. The breakfast was outstanding & they have the best coffee. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms are very good with a ceiling fan and additional tower fan in the room which was helpful during the recent spell of hot weather. Breakfast was good. ”My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

”I pulled a muscle while at the museum upon returning to hotel staff manager refused yo let me use a wheelchair for transport from car to lobby stating that chair was left by a guest and they were waiting to see if it was picked up. They refused me the aid of a rolling chair stating that it wasn’t used for that purpose. Not once did any staff member offer aid, suggestions, or concern. This issue meant that I had to wait outside in 94 degree heat for two hours while a muscle relaxer took hold....
