”We only stayed for one night as a family of 6. Mick was there to welcome us as we arrived. Our suite was lovely clean and looked cosy. The rooms had lovely views across the river. There is a lot of noise from the river which is slightly lessoned by shutting the windows, but i found it soothing and its easy to tune out. There was complimentary fruit and sweets wating for us, which thrilled the kids. There were clear instructions on how to use everything. There is intersting pictures and art...

The food was delicious. especially at breakfast and evening dining. It has a lovely beer garden and grape vines hanging in the conservatory. Easy driving distance from Convy. Highly recommended for people wanting to centralise their stay in North Wales. We will definitely hope to stay at the Groes Inn again.”
