Inside, you'll find an inviting living room complete with a Smart-TV, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms for a perfect nights sleep!

The nearby promenade offers breathtaking views and a range of restaurants, cafeterias, boutiques, making it also the ideal spot for relaxing strolls!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area.

Linens | At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| The apartment also has a washing machine, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Gzira is a town located in the central region of Malta, on the northeastern coast of the island. It is situated just south of Sliema and east of Msida, and is known for its bustling promenade, which runs along the waterfront and offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The neighbourhood of Gzira off the promenade is located just inland from the waterfront, and is known for its quiet residential streets and charming architecture.

It is a popular area for tourists to stay in due to its close proximity to the promenade and other popular attractions in the region, such as the National Museum of Fine Arts and the University of Malta.

The area is also well-connected by public transportation, with regular bus service to other parts of the island and the nearby cities of Sliema and Valletta. There are also several supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighbourhood, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay.

Overall, Gzira off the promenade is a charming and convenient neighbourhood to stay in while visiting Malta.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
