”It makes me mad every time I have to pay to park at a hotel. Like I'm going to park somewhere else. My wife and I drove separate vehicles so I got it double. Construction coming in and out. Our room view was a little beach and construction area. I missed breakfast because I got a text about 8am telling me they were doing work with a crane and my vehicle needed to be moved immediately. At that point I just decided to pack my stuff and leave. Not a good experience for us. ”

”The room was dusty. The bathroom toilet had hairs on it including the bathroom door. The shampoo bottle pump was empty and also had long hair stuck on the pump. I haven’t stayed on an embassy suites in a long time but I will not recommend this hotel to anybody nor will I return. I will continue to stick to Hyatt Regency and Loews Hotels.”
