”This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

”I didn't know that you had to request room service before 8am to have them clean the room. Had to request twice towels and toilet paper. I didn't care about cleaning the room but at least take it the trash and remove used towels.”

”Room was very clean and received great cleaning service. Breakfast was more than we expected and cook was very hospitable. We enjoyed the pool & sauna and we're pleased that they weren't overloaded with chlorine. The only down side we experienced was the depressing lobby music. Need something a little more upbeat. Definitely, give this hotel a five star!”

”Overall, we had a good stay. When we checked in, the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. As we walked to our room, the hallway was very hot, which made me worry that our room would be too. Thankfully, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and nice and cold. It seems like the hotel may have just opened, so I think they’re still working out a few things. The toilet paper holder in our bathroom had come loose from the wall. I called the front desk to let them know, and they said someone would...

”We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!”

”Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out.”

”Great experience for my stay. The only recommendation is having a shower chair for elders. At the time of my visit, although property states shower chair is available, property staff informed very kindly none on property. Overall a pleasant place to visit.”

”This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've experienced. I had to pack up my family and leave after an already long day. Mold on the bed liners, sink didn't drain, toilets don't flush, toilets not even installed correctly. Bugs everywhere. Don't lift up the mattress!! Stairwells smelled like piss, heavy pot smoking near entrances. Disgusting to walk around anywhere as the outside of rooms has weird green sticky puddles. The staff on duty that night lied about checking us out and the hotel had...

”Make sure your pool is clean. I went there just for the pool and it was green top at all is the first room. The toilet didn’t rush the second room. There was a cockroaches in there and the third room from the top of the ceiling and all the way down to the ground there’s a water leak leakage on the sheet rock . after the third room when I found out about the leakage on the sheet rock, I didn’t wanna move anymore, but they did take care of me about that. They did comp me drinks and free breakfast....
