”After a previous poor experience with the 'budget' brand, I was pleasantly surprised. Check in was super easy with the online advance option. Decor was modern and vibrant. Everything seemed clean. ”Wonderful hotel and lovely staff. Very well maintained. My only gripes are that if there is a function on, there will be music playing until midnight. We had to ask for it to be quietened down which the staff tried to remedy almost immediately and things were better. There isnt a reception phone in the room and no fridge. Apart from that it is a wonderful place and the onsite pub is lovely. We will be back. ”

”Beautiful victorian buildings which was so tastefuly decorated and so luxurious. Our bedroom no.5 was stunning and loved the wall paper. Must find where to purchase. The staff were so friendly and very tentative. It was our anniversary and there was a card left in our room when we arrived, very nice touch. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast which was delicious. Loved the pizzas, lamb and beef burgers all homemade fab. Walked 35 minutes to Gunwalk keys along the sea front lovely strole....
