”We stayed just for 1 night before doing the Ha Giang Loop. Nice room and they were kind enough to hold our luggage for 4 days while we did the motorbike trip.”
”Stayed with at Ha Giang Historical Housing before our bike tour and we were very satisfied. The private rooms were very clean and our host, Ms. Nyguen, was the most pleasant and attentive person! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants a more restful stay before and after the bike tour.”

We’ve rented the bikes from him (which were great) and he helped us with all the recommended stops and the dos and donts of the trip.
When we came back he was again super helpful and offered us a room (for free) for us to take a shower, etc. until our transport arrived.

We could not find the staff at the reception. She was sleeping not far from the reception. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her.
