”I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. ”

”Great stay. Driver waiting with a sign at the airport. Friendly reception staff. The room is clean and while it takes a couple of minutes to warm up, the shower had great pressure and temperature. Close to the airport and nice restaurant.”

”Lovely, easy, quiet stay for someone who speaks little Spanish and a quick night stay. Staff was eager to do their best to help when I didn’t understand. The breakfast is unlike any hotel breakfast in the states. Excellent! ”

”I gave it five stars in each category because they were great in all of them, but it’s not your typical five star property because it’s not a fancy place. It was clean, comfortable (mattresses was okay but not super comfortable), and very inexpensive. I’d recommend to anyone who wanted a nice, clean and safe place to stay. If you want luxury, that’s not this, but I liked it and I’d stay there again in a minute. Super close to a mall and huge park as well as the soccer stadium and transportation....

”Loved Hotel Geranio, Staff was kind and thoughtful, every area was clean, and breakfast was delicious!”

”A very friendly, welcoming hotel, with clean, spacious room. A good location, just between two main thoroughfares. A lot of thunderstorms when I was there, so it was nice having a comfortable, relaxed hotel to wait out the rains. Only five or six blocks from the artisanal market, if you're looking for nice traditional crafts and gifts.”
