”We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!”

”I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again!”

”We booked a single bedroom suite and they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite for free. It was very spacious and had all the amenities including a kitchen and living room. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff are super friendly. Great experience overall!”

Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised.”

”Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area”
