”A truly mesmerizing experience. The room was of a standard comparable to the one we enjoyed at the Ritz in London. The castle and its surrounding grounds were beautiful and astonishing. The architecture was impressive in its history, beauty, and timeless elegance. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Altogether, it was a deeply enriching experience.”

”Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine.
