”Room large and spotlessly clean . Hadn't realised when booked it was shared bathroom wondered why it was cheap . Bathroom. Though again spotlessly clean . Great toilet seat 😃 There's only three rooms and I think I was the only one staying there . Would recommend.”

”Moths in room”

”Generally very good. We didn’t like the refresh my room system if you stay more than one night. Receptionists Sunday and Monday evening were great and helpful and friendly. Sunday evening lady went the extra mile. Thank you Monday morning receptionists not so helpful and friendly”

”The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was great to also have a parking place just outside the room.”

”The staff at the reception and breakfast were welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately the property was old and looks difficult to maintain and the initial room given to us smelt mouldy setting off my hay fever and partners asthma. Reception quickly gave us another room which was better. Shower and breakfast was nice and the stay was overall pleasant.”

”Beautifully manor house just outside of Chester with plenty of free parking. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space to relax in the bar area as well as a terrace. Good value for money.”

”The room was very clean, signs of wear and tear, there was a lot of blue bottles in the room so couldn’t open the windows once disposed of the blue bottles in property and TV didn’t work so we couldn’t watch it whilst getting ready/relaxing in the morning”
