”Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. ”It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year.”

”Arriving to this hotel,the area around it didn't seem nice. After walking around it, it was better heading toward the old town. Hotel is situated a few minute walk from the old town. Even before that you will come across cafe worth stopping by. The big new shopping mall is easily reached by a tram going from the other side of the river just a couple of minutes walk from hotel.
